The combination of the services and tools detailed under each of the specific headings provides members of the HTA with an essential toolkit to assist in resolving individual day-to-day problems, while also providing an environment in which to individually and collectively improve business knowledge, skills and performance.

The HTA is committed to the provision of up-to-date high quality information and advice to members on the current issues facing the sector through the provision of regularly updated information sheets and specialist advice lines.

Businesses develop collaborative activity, share best practice and learn innovative new practices from other members and sectors of industry through involvement in the HTA Business Improvement Schemes and the resulting project activity.

Specialist groups assist in setting HTA strategy, promote specific sectors and products produced by the industry to develop new market opportunities and increase the total market share of the Garden Industry.
