NBIS
Nursery Business Improvement Scheme
NBIS is open to all HTA grower members. Involvement in the four meetings a year helps growers improve their business practices through the sharing of best practice and business experiences.
Group members provide quarterly figures and participate in performance surveys throughout the year to provide comparative reports against which participating businesses are able to benchmark and improve their performance.
Each group is chaired by an experienced, professional industry consultant, who issue a bi-monthly Business Tips newsletter to members. These can be downloaded by members at the link below.
