The HTA is committed to supporting the industry in ensuring that these opportunities are promoted both externally to the wider public, assisting the recruitment of new people, and internally to the industry, promoting the importance of excellent practice in retaining and developing the right people.
During 2011, the HTA in collaboration with the HTA Training and Careers Committee developed the People Strategy 2012-14, which can be viewed by opening the attached document. The Strategy describes how the HTA will support members under three key workstreams:
