The initiative provides members with a monthly focus to highlight specific groups of plants, with a suite of POS to merchandise planting areas.
The campaign is being promoted to HTA members via HTA News and to consumers via regional press. Each month, information is provided about the selected plants, along with growing tips and suggested varieties, inspiring gardeners to visit their local garden centre.

Many members have gone to town on Plant of the Month activity by creating bespoke displays in and around their plant areas with Plant of the Month point of sale material, to encourage customers to buy the featured plant varieties.
