1.2 The HTA does not endorse or approve the content of any third party site, nor will the HTA have any liability in connection with any of them (including, but not limited to, liability arising out of any allegation that the content of any third party site infringes any law or the rights of any person or entity).
2.1 All rights, including copyright and database right, in the HTA site and its contents, are owned by or licensed to the Horticultural Trades Association, or otherwise used by the HTA as permitted by applicable law all rights reserved.
2.2 In accessing the HTA site and its contents, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your own private use but not for any commercial or public use.

3 Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
3.1 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
3.2 By breaching paragraph 3.1, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
3.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
4 General Terms

4.7 If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the Terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
4.8 Any reference in these Terms to any statute shall be construed as reference to that statute as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
4.9 This site is designed to be used by persons resident in the United Kingdom. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4.10 If these Terms are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this site and therefore should cease using this site immediately.
